When you use our contact form we receive your name, work email, company (if given), the topic you chose and your message.

When you apply for a role we receive your name, email, phone number, CV, any links you add and any message you write.

When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

Only to reply to you, to arrange conversations you asked for, and to assess job applications. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through our email provider. This website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf.

Please don't send confidential client material through the website. If a project needs it, we will agree a secure route first.

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active. Applications are kept for the hiring process and up to twelve months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. We handle personal data in line with applicable data protection law, including the DIFC Data Protection Law.
