You will decide where AI is worth building, and then prove that it worked: analysing how work really flows, modelling the return, and measuring every system once it is live.

What you'll do

Analyse client workflows and operational data to find the highest-value opportunities for AI.
Build return-on-investment models and scenarios that guide what gets built first.
Design and run evaluations for production AI systems: accuracy, cost, speed and business outcome.
Set baseline metrics before launch and track performance after it.
Turn what you learn into reusable benchmarks and methods for the whole team.

What we're looking for

A background in applied data science or analytics, and comfort with messy operational data.
Experience modelling business outcomes and explaining them clearly to senior leaders.
Hands-on experience with evaluating language models, retrieval systems or AI performance.
Strong communication skills for client leadership meetings.
Bonus: domain experience in financial services, energy or manufacturing.
