Forward Deployed Engineer

You will be the engineer our clients work with most closely: on site with their teams, shaping AI agents around how the work is really done, and staying until the system has earned its place in production.

What you'll do

Deploy and configure AI agents end to end, often working on site with the client's team.
Turn real workflows, data and approval chains into systems that run in the client's own environment.
Fine-tune models and apply reinforcement learning to client data where it measurably improves results.
Build and maintain evaluations so every release is measured against what the client's experts expect.
Bring what you learn in the field back into the platform the whole team builds on.

What we're looking for

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js and Postgres, or an equivalent modern stack.
Working knowledge of RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, fine-tuning and evaluation.
You have shipped AI applications end to end, not only prototypes.
You learn quickly, and you are urgent in execution but patient with results.
Confidence in front of clients, including in regulated settings.
Bonus: start-up experience, or hands-on work with models from more than one provider.
