Full Stack AI Engineer

You will build the systems our forward deployed engineers put in front of clients: the services, agents and interfaces that have to hold up against real data, real users and an audit trail.

What you'll do

Build production AI systems end to end: backend services, agent orchestration and the interfaces operators use.
Work spec-first, with tests that prove each part behaves before it ships.
Turn detailed designs into systems that hold up against real data and real workflows.
Own what you build through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Improve the shared tooling that lets the team ship faster with every engagement.

What we're looking for

Strong full-stack experience in Python or TypeScript, a modern web stack and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience building production systems with large language models and agent frameworks.
Comfort with ambiguity, written specifications and fast iteration.
A focus on systems that work in real operations, not demos.
Bonus: retrieval, evaluations, or integrations with core banking, ERP or plant systems.
